PLEASE READ BEFORE YOUR RENTAL IS MADE.

  • You agree to read and agree to the terms and conditions before the rent of any of our garments. You agree that your contact details, address and card details will stay with us until the return of the garment is back with us at The Closet Hire. You agree that the ownership of the garment/ garments remain with The Closet Hire.

  • You agree that once we have received payment for the rental of the chosen garment/ garments, refunds cannot be offered. Although if you wish to cancel 96 hours / full 4 days prior to your rental, store credit can be offered.

  • The chosen rental piece will be sent to you First Class Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm. The tracking number will be provided to you via email. We do post as soon as possible and if you do receive the garment earlier than booked, this will not be included in your rental agreement and your return date will remain as planned. Short notice bookings will be posted as soon as possible but we do not hold responsibility for delays with the Royal Mail.

  • You agree that you are responsible for loss/ any damage of the garment, from the time it has been signed for upon receipt, until the point of return to The Closet Hire address given. You agree that you are liable for any rips, burns and excessive damage to the garment/garments hired, that are beyond repair. This will result in full RRP charge of the garment to the given card used for the initial order. We are very understanding- any minor stains and damages that are able to be removed/ repaired to our standards will not be charged to you. You agree that you will not clean/ try to remove marks from the garment as dry cleaning fees are fully covered in the price.

  • You agree that on the last day of your rental agreement that the garment/ garments are returned back to The Closet Hire address provided. Failure to provide tracking details for late returned items, will result in delay fees. Delay fees are 40% of the RRP of the garment, per late day. On the last day of the rental agreement, you agree to return this via Royal Mail, First Class Special Delivery Guaranteed. If this is returned via another shipping method and the garment/garments go missing, you are fully liable for the full cost of the item. If our item/items are not sent back to us, we will be under the assumption that the item has been lost/ stolen, therefore you agree to pay 120% of the garment RRP and you agree for this cost to be taken via the card used to pay the initial order.
